JOB SUMMARY:

• Coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations and activities of schematic design phase to assure quality, creative and timeliness designs throughout the entire schematic design process. Will be able to create relationships with clients from across the country and build on those relationships.

WORK PERFORMED:

• Responsible for the operations of the development of schematic design floor plans and elevations characters that conform to a specific design expression.
• Responsible for the attainment of a consistently high level of quality and quantity of work.
• Shall be prepared to coordinate several projects and continually monitor projects with established procedures.
• Responsible for promoting a positive office environment and maintaining high morale among the staff.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Residential Schematic Design. (Production Housing design with the top builders across the country.)
• Strong knowledge of residential design trends and keeping up with research and touring of existing built product.
• Must be proficient with the use of AutoCAD 2023
